The theory about comfort food and the reality are not quite the same. 
Gravy, sausage, biscuits and butter fill your stomach and your emotions, but they also take up residence in the form of fat in your liver, heart, intestines, kidneys, and in the size of your skin.  What’s comfortable about being inside skin that doesn’t fit?

Great LIZlines today and yesterday hit home------just got back from vacation Sunday----I won't share the devistation, but was down 3 lbs today.   Miss U--still lovin your motivation through LIZlines!!!  From C in Texas

I am learning to make it a point that when we go to eat out with family or friends I look at the salads or light menus only.  If one isn't available, I order the least "evil" thing and then strip it down to what I can have and the family helps me out with the rest.  So far so good.   From BW in Texas

Friday's lines were to close to home, where is the camera hidden. I had children and grandchildren come into town and we did stay up too late but refrained from the other tow choices.
