What was your goal when you joined Body Firm?
My goal when I joined Body Firm was to lose 20-25 lbs., go from size 16 to size 12, have flatter abdomen and tone-up all over.
Have you been happy with your online experience?
I am happy with the online experience because the nutrition
information is very helpful. Learning what foods to eliminate, and the importance of eating a nutrient dense
diet has been key to meeting my goals. The website gives sample menus and teaches how to keep a food
diary. In addition, the exercises are well written, detailed, they target the whole body head to toe, and the pictures
make them easy to follow. The lessons are tailored for the beginner and gradually increase in complexity and the
website is very user-friendly.
Are you achieving your goals?
Yes. All those
and more. I have lost 34 pounds, have lost a lot of abdominal fat and am toned all over. The exercises target all areas
of the body from head to toe. I drink at least 8 glasses of water per day, have stopped drinking diet soft drinks (which
I thought was impossible), eat more fruits and vegetables and make better food choices. I have done all of this without
feeling a bit deprived. I enjoy doing the weight training and doing it correctly as recommended. Liz is excellent
in her demonstration of the exercises, using perfect form and detailed descriptions of the equipment and exercises. She insists
that the exercises be performed correctly to work the proper muscle groups and to prevent injury. As a result I
am able to breathe better, sleep better, have improved posture, and feel terrific.
What do you think is unique
about Body Firm online?
I
have wanted a personal trainer for a while but usually the cost was prohibitive. To find a personal trainer online
for a reasonable fee of just $59.99 per year ($5.00 per month) was great. To find a personal trainer with excellent
credentials, a plan that truly works, and a healthy lifestyle was remarkable. To find my own personal trainer who
cares about me and my progress and who is so convenient online despite living miles away is perfect for me. To
be able to follow the plan and exercise in my own home and on my own schedule is great. Liz
Sanner Davis, the personal trainer for Body Firm online, has the credentials, experience, is
a teacher, and explains things in an easily understood and detailed manner. It is a pleasure to watch her perform
the exercises online, effortlessly and with proper posture and form. All of this inspires me to stay with the program. She
always speaks clearly, slowly, and is very much a perfectionist in her description of the lessons.
The equipment needed to get started is inexpensive which is a plus. The home page includes interesting and
motivating daily "Lizlines". Every section of the site from nutrition to
exercises (bands, resistance weights, fitness ball, stretches, crunches, etc.) is well presented. If
you have questions about anything on her site, just ask and get a personal response within the day.
These are the things that make Body Firm online appealing for me.
